{"id":580,"date":"2020-06-19T16:36:25","date_gmt":"2020-06-19T15:36:25","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/fur.summerhouse.hothes.com\/?page_id=580"},"modified":"2023-06-06T07:12:03","modified_gmt":"2023-06-06T06:12:03","slug":"betaling-depositum","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/fur.summerhouse.hothes.com\/en\/betaling-depositum\/","title":{"rendered":"Payment &amp; Deposit"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>When should you pay the rental price?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Total price payable no later than 4 weeks prior to arrival.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If booking of the cottage is less than 4 weeks prior to the Check-in date, the total price will be paid immediately.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Account details regarding payment can be found in the mail you received from Fur.summerhouse.hothes.com, with approved booking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>When will I get my deposit back?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The deposit covers any damage and is not part of your rental price.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No later than 2 weeks after departure we will refund the deposit to your bank account. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Why do I not get the full deposit back?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Any damage to the house and furnishings as well as your consumption will be deducted from your deposit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Your consumption will be set off against the deposit paid, and any balance will be refunded via bank no later than 2 weeks after the end of the lease.
