Fur Brewery
Fur Bryghus is housed in a beautifully refurbished, former painting at Knuden. Fur Bryghus and Restaurant Bryghuset are decorated in a red wooden building from 1926. Here beer has been brewed since 2004. The brewery and the yeasts are manufactured in the Czech Republic, while the tanks come from Slovenia and Denmark. The tapping column is also Danish, and the pasteurisation is German produced. If you have trudged Knudeklinten thin, you can enjoy food and drink in a genuine local microbrewery and the foamy, fresh specialty beer can be enjoyed in unique surroundings in the brewery's own restaurant.
