Consumption is not included in the rental price.

Consumption will be deducted from your deposit and any balance will be refunded by bank within 2 weeks after termination of the tenancy.

We have read water & electricity before you arrive and will compare the figures with your figures after the rental period.

There is a reading form on the board where you must write the numbers read on your arrival and on your departure.

If you have not read and noted the reading on the reading form, the consumption will be settled based on the figures we have noted before your arrival and after your departure.

The price for Water & Power is fixed rates:

Water 0,065 kr. pr. m3 (Minimum payment for 1 m3 = 65 DKK)
Power 5,60 DKK per kwh
