When should you pay the rental price?
Total price payable no later than 4 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking of the cottage is less than 4 weeks prior to the Check-in date, the total price will be paid immediately.
Account details regarding payment can be found in the mail you received from Fur.summerhouse.hothes.com, with approved booking.
When will I get my deposit back?
The deposit covers any damage and is not part of your rental price.
No later than 2 weeks after departure we will refund the deposit to your bank account.
Why do I not get the full deposit back?
Any damage to the house and furnishings as well as your consumption will be deducted from your deposit.
Your consumption will be set off against the deposit paid, and any balance will be refunded via bank no later than 2 weeks after the end of the lease. Read more about tariffs for electricity & water here
Should the consumption exceed your paid deposit, you will be asked to pay the difference.

Remember to smoke outside 🙂
This is a smoke-free cottage, which means you must not smoke inside.
You may smoke outside, but do not leave shutters on the grounds.
If we register that there has been smoked in the cottage, you will be charged an additional cleaning fee of DKK 600 which will be deducted from the deposit.
