In one of the most beautiful places on Fur, about the middle of the island, is a small collection of burial mounds. If you ascend to the top of the high parking lot, you have a view of every corner of the world. Here you can really see how the older Bronze Age burial mounds were usually built in a place that is incredibly beautiful.
From Bette Jenses Hyw you have views to Salling to the south, to Mors to the west, Livø to the north and to Hanherred and Vitskøl monastery to the east.
