Filming 1962
Saga Studio Filmselskabet was on Fur for a week in 1962, to shoot the film Venus from Vestø. The actors lived in Skive during the filming, but they ate at the Guesthouse.
Several of the island's residents participated as extras in the film and several of the island's current occupant still remember the recordings.
