Walk around the island
Once a year, Fur Around the March is held where just about everyone on the island as well as some tourists wander the whole island in one day.
For over 50 years, an annual hike has been held all around Fur. The Fur Rundt event always takes place on Saturday in July. The route is approx. 22 km and along the way there is plenty of opportunity to buy drinks, such as Fur beer, and food. In recent years, there have been about 1000 participants in the Fur Round.
